| History |
| Variant
1. In the USA orange segments and even a maraschino cherry may sometimes be added to this drink.
2. Burbaker Old Fashioned, Call me Old Fashioned.
The glass this drink is served in has taken the name of the cocktail, much like the Martini. It was supposed to have been created at the Pendennis Club in Louisville, Kentucky, for a retired Colonel James E Pepper.
The melting and stirring of the ice makes the Bourbon taste smooth and very easy to drink. |
