60 mls - gin
15 mls - Milk
15 mls - Double heavy cream
15 mls - Freshly squeezed lemon juice
15 mls - Freshly squeezed lime juice
15 mls - Gomme (sugar syrup)
1 dash - Orange flower water (or orange bitters)
1 dash - Fresh egg white
Top up with - Soda water from siphon

| Method |
| Shake all but soda with ice and strain into ice filled glass. Top up with soda water from a siphon. |

| Created by Henry C Ramos in 1888 at the Imperial Cabinet Bar in New Orleans. Originally it was served in a small 8oz Collins sytle glass without ice.
