Sebastian (Seb) has a vast knowledge and love of the industry. He possesses an in-depth knowledge of bar operations, bar management, bar consultancy, product history and emerging industry trends. His experience has been gained from numerous roles worldwide.

Seb also mentors up-and-coming Mixologist’s, presents various bar community training seminars and produces the innovations article for Bartender Magazine. Seb’s role includes creating and delivering training seminars to venues and their teams.
