Sebastian Reaburn

Sebastian is one of Australia’s best-known and most respected bartenders. Sebastian has over ten years experience making cocktails in London and Melbourne. In the last five years he has won numerous accolades from competing in national and global cocktail competitions. He continues studying, researching and presenting on cocktails, molecular mixology, customer service, and new trends. He writes trade articles (Bartender Magazine, Bars and Clubs and Epicure), is often requested to present at bartender events and seminars, and holds seminars of his own on cutting edge changes to the industry. Sebastian is an accomplished writer and his writing talents have been recognised by winning the prestigious title of Best Cocktail List in the world at “Tales of the Cocktail” in New Orleans. More recently he has been crowned 'Bartender of the Year' at Bartender Magazine's Australian Bar Awards 2008

Stacy Field

Stacy's career behind bars has spanned almost 12 years and has given him extensive experience in all aspects of service. He has worked in bars such as Polly, Cookie, Fifteen Melbourne, Black Pearl and most recently managing 1806. He is extremely passionate and energetic, and love's striving to ensure everyone he serve's gets exactly what they want, whether they know what it is or not.

Nick Reed

With a career spanning Geelong Bars, Edinburgh's Tigerlily and now Melbourne's 1806. Nick is busy behind the bar managing one of Melbourne finest group of Bartenders. Nick enjoys opening peoples eyes to different and exciting drinks that they would usually be too scared to try. His favourite drink is a grey goose martini with 8mls of Lillet Blanc, stirred with two olives, but a shot of Herradura will do just as well!!

Josh Harman

Josh is one of Melbourne's top Mixologists and Flair Bartenders. His experience has come from both London and Melbourne and more recently at The Botanical and The Mill.

Ben Connal

With many years of working in bars behind him, Ben is a confident and knowledgeable mixologist and has worked in some of Melbourne's best bars such as The Collection, Platform 3 and is now Bar Supervisor at The Mill is Melbourne's CBD.
